It’s been 6 months since I’ve reviewed Qualia. When I posted my initial review of Qualia in April, I had been taking the supplement for only two months. I thought it was time to provide an update.
Qualia helps me focus and not let procrastination get the best of me. I feel like it opens up another dimension in which I can operate and get things done efficiently. It’s like I’m hitting on all cylinders.
Additionally, my energy during my workouts as well as throughout the day is always high. I feel energized.
I’m now at the point that Qualia is the only supplement I take. No other vitamins, no protein powders, absolutely nothing but Qualia.
My routine for the day is pretty simple. I wake up early and take Step one of Qualia with 20 oz of water. Next, I eat a light breakfast (30 minutes after taking Qualia Step One), and I head to the gym for my morning workout. After my workout, I have 2nd breakfast and take Qualia Step Two, Having taken care of the things I want to do first in my day, now I take on my scheduled items for the day.
