Another thing that everyone is dealing with is a lack of motivation to keep training over the years. Some people just stop working out at the gym once they’ve achieved certain results. In turn, the body, that requires constant attention, starts loosing its shape. Few people want to spend hours exercising. So, DON’T!
There’s no magic pill to keep fit, and supplements like steroids, human growth hormones, diet pills, etc… are wrong and an unsafe way to go. The last thing I want to risk is my own health.
That’s why I came up with my own workout program that allows me to spend 4 X less time at the gym, and keep in consistently great shape and health over your entire life, without sacrificing your work and family.
